Exlcude URL's still showing in search results

ISSUE:

Even though we removed the URL's from search results, they still appear when we search.

CAUSE:

URL might have some Capital letters

SOLUTION:

We had to make sure that there are no capital letters within the URL, while placing them from the "Search Result Removal" option.

The URL's were then categorized and placed them in the option "Search Result Removal"  and then checked the Crawl rules, as Crawl rules will be created to exclude the specified URLs from future crawls

Steps to be followed :

 1) Log on to the Search farm

2) Click on Enterprise Search Service Application

3) From the left navigation select "Search Result Removal"

4) Make sure that the URL which will be placed does not have any capital letters or %20 and then click ok

5) Once done click on "Crawl Rules" from the left navigation to see\confirm that the URL is displayed, (if the URL is not displayed, that is an indication that the URL still has some Capital letters)

Word web app cannot open this document

Error: 

 "word web app cannot open this document due to an unknown error. If the problem persist, try opening the file in Microsoft Word"

CAUSE:

 "Word Viewing Service Application " is not setup on Specific Farm

SOLUTION:

Setup Word Viewing Service Application to access  *.Docx document
